When you put all these pieces together, you start tasting the honey and touching lives in very, very special ways!
Initial Training
We will do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable operating your O2B Kids facility on Day One! To accomplish this goal, we offer the most comprehensive training program in the children's franchising industry. Four members of your management team will receive two weeks (up to 96 hours) of classroom training at our headquarters and two weeks (up to 104 hours) of on-the-job training at one of our facilities. In addition, we will send two O2B Kids Start-Up Professionals to your location for up to 20 days each to assist with your Grand Opening.
But it doesn't stop there. We provide a minimum of four days per year of on-going support and training to your O2B Kids facility.
Site Development
This is the fun part - creating your own O2B Kids facility! Finding your site, building your building, and equipping your facility is an exhilarating process. We will help you every step of the way!
