Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop a daily plan
• Implement that plan with your co-teachers
• Prepare materials for lessons
• Greet parent and students at drop off and pick up
• Prompt transitions and engage children in center based play
• Deliver daily lesson
• Provide a safe, clean and loving environment
• Evaluation and Assessment
• Use the O2B Kids Teaching Model
• Create a safe learning environment while playing outside
• Make snack time and lunchtime successful
• Clean up as needed
• Use nap time to prepare for next activities, use cleaning checklists, complete parent reports, evaluate lessons and plan book
• Maintain safety systems
• Follow all O2B Kids policies

Qualifications and Skills

• State Required Health & Safety Training
• Additional State Credentials
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience with children ages 0-5 years
